• Our Standard 6 inch Diameter  Cradles are designed for doing chickens, pork loins, ribs, fish and smaller cuts of meats
• Our Large 8 inch Diameter  Cradles at one time were only available by custom order only, but due to the popularity of it we have made it a regular item. Now you can cook your 12lb turkeys, ham, prime rib and a variety of  larger cuts of meats
• Our Commercial 11 inch Diameter Cradles exclusive for our commercial class rotisseries. Our 5x11 Commercial Class Pig Roaster units can be used to cook a variety of larger meats from 20lb turkeys up to 95lb pigs
• Our  Commercial 14 inch Diameter Extra Large Cradle exclusive for our commercial class rotisseries. Our 5x14 Commercial Class Pig Roasters units designed for roasting pigs and other large meat up to 165lbs.

State of the Art

Over 20 years of research and development has gone into the state of the art design of the Cradle Rotisserie. Our company started one year at a picnic. Although we had wired, tied and speared the meat with an old style spit-rod the food became unbalanced as it cooked, eventually falling into the fire and ruining the party for everyone. Our first Cradle Rotisserie was built for the next year's party. It became so popular that we couldn't keep up with selling them. Our Cradles are now in every corner of the world.
